Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

Unfortunately once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

Can I return my order?

Absolutely you can! Orders must be returned within 7 business days after receiving your package. Returned items will be used for store credit only. No refunds will be given. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition, tags attached, no stains/odors. Antique/Vintage items must be returned in the condition when first purchased. Upon receiving your return, once we examine the item(s) we will issue you a gift card to be used as store credit via email. Customer is responsible for paying shipping on returned item(s). This applies for in store purchases as well!

What items are ineligible for returns?

Due to sanitation reasons OPENED TEETHERS, OPENED BURP CLOTHS, HEADBANDS, EARRINGS, AND OPENED FOOD/DRINKS are ineligible for returns. PREORDERS are also ineligible for returns.

My tracking number said my item(s) were delivered, but it’s not in my mailbox?

If your item says it’s been delivered and is not in your mailbox or on your porch, please check surrounding areas and ask your neighbors! If it’s still nowhere to be found contact your postmaster as well as emailing farrismercantile@gmail.com with your name and order number.

I received damaged item(s), what should I do?

Sadly sometimes items get damaged while being transported! If you receive damaged item(s) please email farrismercantile@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a picture of your damaged item(s). Once I receive all that information, I’ll reship your item(s) or issue store credit if the item(s) are out of stock.

When will my order ship/be ready for pickup?

Once your order is received, it will ship in 1-2 business days. For pickup orders, please allow 2 hours for us to prepare your order.

Do you ship USPS, UPS, or FEDEX?

All orders ship via USPS.
